What Eventnetic is

Eventnetic turns a WordPress site into a box office. You describe an event, say what a ticket costs and how many there are, and put a booking form on a page. Visitors choose a date, pick tickets, pay, and get a PDF with a code on it that you scan at the door.

It does not sit on top of WooCommerce or any other shop. Eventnetic has its own basket, its own checkout and its own orders, and the money goes straight into your Stripe or PayPal account, or into your hand at the desk. Nothing is taken per ticket.

What you get

The dashboard opens on the numbers for a period you choose and the events coming up next.

Everything lives under one Eventnetic menu in WordPress:

• Events — one entry per thing you sell, with its dates, its tickets and its capacity
• Calendar — the same events on a month or week grid
• Bookings — who has booked what, and the door list behind it
• Payments — every order and the money that has moved against it
• Customers — everyone who has ever booked, with their history
• Business — your locations, halls and staff
• Sales and finance — discount codes, taxes and invoices
• Booking form — the extra questions you ask and the ticket design
• Workflow — what happens automatically when something happens
• Settings — formats, company details, payment methods and integrations

Two plugins

Eventnetic comes in two parts:

• Eventnetic is the free plugin. It runs real events with real money: ticket types, PDF tickets, QR check-in, offline payments with deposits, and email automation. There is no cap on how many events you run or how many tickets you sell, and no trial period.
• Eventnetic Pro is the paid plugin. Installed alongside the free one, it adds seat maps, card payments, discount codes, taxes, invoices, custom questions, a waiting list, per-date prices, Zoom, Telegram, SMS and WhatsApp.

Pro never replaces the free plugin: they run together, and Pro's features simply appear in the menus you already know. Turning Pro off leaves your events, bookings and money exactly where they were.

What it is not

Eventnetic sells places at something that happens on a date. It is not a shop for physical goods, and it is not a one-to-one appointment book: if you need somebody to pick a person and a fifteen-minute slot, that is a different kind of product.
