1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Eventnetic plugin, this website, and the licences sold on it. By purchasing or using Eventnetic you agree to them.

2. Licences

A licence covers the number of live websites stated on the plan you bought. Moving a licence from an old site to a new one is allowed; running it on more live sites than the plan covers is not. Annual licences include updates and support for one year. Lifetime licences include updates and support for the life of the product.

3. When a licence ends

If an annual licence expires, the plugin keeps working and your events keep selling. Updates and support stop until the licence is renewed.

4. Refunds

Every paid plan can be refunded in full within fourteen days of purchase, without a stated reason. After fourteen days the licence runs to the end of its term. Refunds are issued through our payment provider to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Licence purchases on this site are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing and applicable taxes such as VAT. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Your ticket sales are yours

Payments your customers make for tickets go directly to your own payment accounts or are collected by you in person. Eventnetic does not process, hold or take a percentage of your ticket revenue.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Eventnetic to run unlawful events, to distribute the plugin outside the terms of its licence, or to remove or bypass licensing checks.

8. Warranty and liability

Eventnetic is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue from an event. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version is always on this page, and material changes will be noted on it.
