Refund Policy

1. Fourteen days, no reason needed

Every paid Eventnetic plan can be refunded in full within fourteen days of purchase. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to prove anything. After fourteen days the licence runs to the end of the term you paid for.

2. What this covers

Licences bought on eventnetic.com, which is every paid plan we sell. The free Eventnetic plugin on WordPress.org costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Tickets your own customers buy

Money your customers pay for tickets goes to your own payment accounts and never passes through us. We cannot refund it, and refunding an attendee is something you do from your own site.

4. Renewals

An annual licence renews automatically so that updates and support do not lapse. To stop a renewal, write to us before the renewal date and we will cancel it. A cancelled licence keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.

5. How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your purchase email. Telling us what went wrong is welcome and helps us fix it, but it is not a condition of the refund.

6. How the money comes back

Licences on this site are sold by FS Code LLC and processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it appears is up to your bank, and is usually a few working days.
