What the free plugin does

Not a trial, and not a sampler. There is no cap on events, no cap on bookings and no time limit, so the free plugin runs a real operation with real money:

Halls	Draw the room once — rows, tables, a stage — and sell the chair rather than the number
Card payments	Stripe and PayPal, into your own accounts
Discount codes	Percent or fixed, limited by date, by uses, by ticket type
Taxes	Percent or fixed, per event, category or location
Invoices	Numbered PDFs from a series of your own, with their own templates
Custom forms	Extra questions, asked once per booking or once per attendee
Waiting list	When the last place goes, the form becomes a queue
Per-date prices	Charge more for the night with the guest, leave the rest alone

Moving up

Install Pro next to the free plugin and activate it. Nothing migrates and nothing is rewritten: your events, bookings, customers and money stay exactly as they are, and the new entries appear in the menus.

Turning Pro off again leaves all of that in place too. What stops is the Pro features themselves. Seat maps stop being drawn and card gateways stop being offered, while everything the free plugin does carries on.
