The plugin stores your event and customer data in your own WordPress database, on your own server. This website collects only what it needs to sell and support licences.

2. What this website collects

When you buy a licence we receive your name, email address and the details of your purchase from our payment provider. When you contact support we keep the correspondence. We use this to deliver licences, answer questions and send service messages about your purchase.

3. What the plugin collects

Nothing is sent to us from your site except licence validation requests, which carry your licence key and site address. Your customers, bookings and payments stay in your database and are never transmitted to Eventnetic.

4. Payments

Licence checkout is handled by Paddle as merchant of record, under Paddle's own privacy policy. We do not see or store card numbers.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies where they are needed for the site to function, and analytics to understand how visitors use its pages. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service, such as the payment provider and the email service, and only for that purpose.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires and support correspondence for as long as it is useful for helping you. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time.
