No. Eventnetic has its own basket, checkout and orders, and takes payment through your own Stripe or PayPal account, or at the door. Nothing else to install and nothing to keep in step.

Events and bookings without limit, plus ticket types, the appearance editor, cash and offline payments, email automation and check-in by name or booking code. No time limit either. Recurring dates, card payments, deposits, PDF tickets and QR codes are in the paid plugin.

Yes, on any paid plan. A recurring event is one event with a list of dates, and each date has its own capacity, its own price and its own attendee list. Cancelling one date leaves the rest of the series alone. The free plugin holds an event on a single date.

Events, tickets and bookings can be imported. Tell us which plugin you are on and we will say exactly what carries over.

The plugin keeps working and your events keep selling. What stops is updates and support, until the licence is renewed.

One licence covers one live website per site in the plan. Moving a licence from an old site to a new one is fine; running it on two live sites at once is what the count is for.

One payment, updates and support for the life of the product, on the same ladder as the annual plans: Starter, Pro or Elite.

Yes. You pay the difference between what you have and what you are moving to, for the rest of the year you already paid for.

Within fourteen days of buying, yes, and you do not have to explain yourself. After that the licence runs to the end of its year.

No. The money goes from the customer to your own Stripe or PayPal account, or into your hand at the door. We never see it and never take a percentage.

Yes, on any paid plan. A deposit is charged at the checkout, so it needs a card gateway: with offline payment alone the whole amount is handed over at the venue and there is nothing to take up front. The order shows what was owed, what has been paid and what is still out, and a workflow can chase the difference before the date.

Pro and Elite plans issue numbered invoices from a series of your own. Your own checkout charges what you configure; our licence checkout is handled by Paddle, who deal with VAT.

You draw the room once: rows, tables, a stage. The plan belongs to the venue, so every event held there sells the same seats, and a chair taken on Friday is on sale again for Saturday.

When the last place is taken, the booking form becomes a waiting list. If a place frees up, the next person in the queue is sent a link that expires, and claiming it creates an ordinary booking.

On the Elite plan, through your own Twilio account: SMS with a monthly cap you set, and WhatsApp through approved templates. Email, webhooks and the rest of the automation are on every plan.

Yes. Every date can carry a meeting link that only ticket holders see, and on paid plans a connected Zoom account creates a meeting per date automatically.
