Shirt sizes and dietary notes asked once per person, not per booking.
Some questions belong to the person, not to the order. A booking for four asks four times, so you get four shirt sizes rather than one guess.
Each answer travels with the attendee it belongs to, onto their ticket and into the list you take to the door.
