Editable date list
Move, add or drop a single date without rebuilding the pattern.
The pattern makes the list, and after that the list is yours. Add a date by hand for the extra Sunday, change the one that clashes with a holiday, or drop the one nobody wants. The rule is not re-run behind you, so nothing you edited is quietly undone.
Every row shows what has happened to it. A date changed from the pattern is marked Edited, one with people on it says how many are booked, and a called-off night says Cancelled.
