Scan at the door
A phone camera and the door list agree about who is inside.
Press Check in and a small dialog opens, made to be used with one hand. Any barcode scanner that types works, because it enters the code and presses Enter for you; so does a phone camera that copies the code. There is nothing to install.
The dialog shows who the ticket belongs to, which event and date, and which type, then either Ready to admit or Admitted with the time it went through. A used code is not let in twice.
