Claims become bookings

The claim opens the normal form with their details already in it.

Following the link opens the ordinary booking form with what you already know about them filled in, and they finish it the way anybody else would.

What comes out is a normal booking, with a normal ticket and a normal place in the count. Nothing about it is special afterwards.
